North Castle Ventures ("we") provides an operations platform for commercial property owners and managers, including a connection to QuickBooks Online. This policy explains what the platform collects, how it is used and the choices you have.
What we collect.
- Account details for people a property organization invites to the platform: name, email address and the organization and role they belong to.
- When an organization connects its QuickBooks Online company, records from that company: customers, vendors, accounts, invoices, bills, payments and expense lines.
- Records people enter in the platform: work orders, vendors and their compliance documents, inspections, calendar entries and approvals.
- On this website, what you send through the inquiry form (name, email, company and message), and usage measured by Vercel Analytics and, where enabled, Google Analytics.
How we use it. To answer inquiries sent through this website, and to run the platform for the organization that connected or entered it: showing operators their receivables and payables, showing each tenant its own invoices and the payment link QuickBooks provides, and preparing the records people review and approve. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use QuickBooks data for advertising.
QuickBooks access. The connection reads data. Any change to a QuickBooks company is prepared as a request that a person at that organization must approve; the platform does not post changes on its own. Connection tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a key held outside the database.
Who can see it. People invited by the organization, according to their role; a tenant sees only its own records. Our service providers host the platform (Vercel) and its database (Neon) and process data only to provide those services.
Your choices. An organization can disconnect QuickBooks at any time from its QuickBooks account (Apps, then disconnect) or by asking us. To ask for a copy or deletion of your information, write to info@northcastleventures.com.
Changes. We will post changes on this page with a new effective date.
