Terms of use and end-user license

These terms govern use of the North Castle Ventures operations platform and its QuickBooks Online connection ("the platform").

License. We grant the organization that subscribes, and the people it invites, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for that organization's own property operations while these terms are in effect.

Your data. Your organization keeps ownership of the data it connects or enters. You authorize us to process it to provide the platform, as the privacy policy describes.

Acceptable use. Do not use the platform to break the law, to access another organization's data, or to interfere with the platform's operation.

QuickBooks. QuickBooks is an Intuit product, and your use of it is governed by Intuit's terms. Any change the platform prepares for your QuickBooks company takes effect only when a person at your organization approves it.

Ending use. Either party may stop at any time. Disconnecting QuickBooks stops further reads.
