QuickBooks connection

North Castle Ventures provides an operations platform for commercial property owners and managers. The platform can connect to an organization's QuickBooks Online company through the app "NCV Asset Operations". This page explains what the connection does, how it is set up and how to disconnect it.

What the connection does. The connection reads data. The platform keeps a read-only copy of the company's customers, vendors, accounts, invoices, bills, payments and expense lines. Any change to a QuickBooks company is prepared as a request that a person at that organization must approve; the platform does not post changes on its own.

Setting it up. The connection is set up by the organization's operator together with North Castle Ventures. It cannot be started from QuickBooks yet. If you opened this page from QuickBooks to connect or reconnect a company, write to info@northcastleventures.com and we will arrange it with you.

Disconnecting. In QuickBooks Online, open Apps, find NCV Asset Operations and choose Disconnect. Or write to info@northcastleventures.com and we will disconnect it for you. Once it is disconnected, the platform stops reading the company. If QuickBooks sent you here after you disconnected, nothing more is needed.
